Request and confirmation
Submitting the form is not a booking and does not guarantee availability. WellStay checks connected calendars and sends an offer stating the property, dates, guests, amount, deadline and cancellation or refund conditions. A booking is confirmed only after direct confirmation by WellStay and, when required, verified receipt of payment.
Availability and calendars
iCalendar synchronisation with external platforms is not instantaneous. Online availability is therefore indicative until the final check. Requests do not block dates; payment-pending offers block them only until the stated deadline.
Price and offer terms
Before payment, the exact EUR total set by WellStay is shown; the browser never calculates the amount. The specific offer terms, including cancellation, no-show and refund conditions, take precedence over generic website information. The guest must read and expressly accept them before opening checkout.
Payments
Available methods may include card through Stripe, Satispay and Bitcoin through BTCPay Server. Payment takes place on the provider's secure pages. A browser redirect back to this website is not proof of payment; confirmation depends on server-to-server provider verification.
For Bitcoin, the price remains denominated in EUR and BTCPay calculates the BTC amount. An on-chain payment is confirmed only when settled. Duplicate, late or changed-offer payments are held for manual review and never create a second automatic confirmation.
Cancellations and refunds
The conditions in the accepted offer and any mandatory law apply. The method and timing of a refund depend on the payment method. For Bitcoin payments, exchange-rate changes and network fees are assessed and communicated during the refund process.
Phone and platform bookings
Phone requests may be registered in the same system and assigned a private payment link. Bookings completed directly on Airbnb, Booking.com or another portal also remain subject to the terms shown by that portal.
Guest information
The guest must provide complete and accurate contact details, guest count and stay information. Private request links must not be published or shared with unauthorised people.
